Today, Mr. Easter found the upper limits of the school treadmill! Running @ ‘level 9′ will get you done with a mile in 6:40-ish. … One day a thought came to mind: how fast can I go before I start tripping and falling? It all started with my male pride on the line. I was doing my usual workout *which usual consist of me out running anyone who dares get on the treadmill next to me*. But then this one katt just had to do it, he got on the one next to me… So what did I do? I out ran him until he left *can’t out run this beast!*.. BUT I happened to look over at his numbers.. I was RUNNING on 8, he was *possibly jogging* on 9. Oh. It. Was. On. From them on, I ran my warm up mile, but in the last section, I would increase my speed by 2. The levels I was able to endure began to increase. I used to JOG on 5 and RUN on 7. now I can almost complete a JOG *mile* on 9. … … But that’s not the end. I made it to 9, I still wanted more. So *today* during my mile warm up, I held the speed button down, it maxed out at TWELVE *1-2 baby!* and I was still on it!! I was runnin’ hard, the treadmill started to whine, then shake, but I finished my mile on 12. SO I’M HAPPY!… Now if only I could jog on twelve. I think its time to train like the elite group of runners know as ‘Kenyans’ *You ever seen a Kenyan in the Olympics?! Unnatural speed!*.. Where my knife?, … I’m gonna go catch dinner, er um, I mean, Bambi. *Sorry kids! Mr.E has a craving for dear!*
